Courtyard Wedding Ceremony: $250

Rawls Room (capacity 21): $100

Weekday (Monday – Thursday)
Parties of 1 – 49: $300
Parties of 50 – 95: $500
Weekend (Friday – Saturday)
Parties of 1 – 49: $500
Parties of 50 – 95: $750

Entire Facility including Dining Room, Ballroom and Bar (capacity 95-350):
Weekday (Monday – Thursday): $1500
Weekend (Friday – Saturday): $2500

Additional Fees
Cake Cutting: $1 per person
Floor Length Table Cloths: $15 per cloth
•All Facility Bookings require a 50% deposit of total fees upon booking.
•Facility Fee includes set-up and clean-up. Set-up includes tables, linens, dinnerware, glassware and flatware belonging to The Rawls. In the event additional items are needed or requested, a rental quote will be provided upon request.
•All Facilities are reserved until midnight or for 4 hours, whichever occurs first. Additional hours will be billed at $200 per hour.
•Decorating times may be scheduled 2 hours prior to your event at no charge (provided that the room is available and not booked during the time at which you wish to decorate). Anything beyond 2 hours will be an additional $75 per hour.
•All food and beverage services will be provided by The Rawls. Only celebratory cakes (such as wedding, birthday and anniversary) are allowed at no additional charge. Cake cutting fees will apply.
•Appropriate taxes and gratuity will be added where applicable.
•Please note: food selection cost and availability may vary throughout the year.
•Due to health department & ABC rules and regulations, no outside food (with the exception of desserts) or beverages permitted.
All events will be invoiced at the close of the event, payable by cash or credit card.
